One of the key challenges was striking the right balance between emotional storytelling and usability – making sure the design evoked empathy without overwhelming visitors or disrupting key donation and support journeys.
Coordinating updates across multiple teams and timelines also added a layer of complexity, especially during fast-paced seasonal campaigns.

This was a genuinely rewarding project – working on a cause that matters made every design decision feel more meaningful.
